The SOKA chapter of COLS is responsible for the cities of Mississauga and Oakville.

The COLS SOKA executive committee is composed of five individuals headed by a president who is assisted by a club liaison, a secretary, a PLAY-Day co-ordinator, and a fundraiser co-ordinator.
